Your happiness is our goal so if you are unhappy with an item we really want to fix this for you If something is physically wrong with the item upon receiving it, we will be more than happy to replace it with proof. We do NOT offer exchanges, replacements or returns for any reason other than a sewing oops on my part in the creation of the item. . Please message us in case of any grievance or complaint and we would be happy to resolve it for you. We can exchange your item for store credit and we’ll put that amount towards something else in our shop once we’ve received the item back in good condition. We will not accept exchanges 14 days after the item has been sold. PLEASE NOTE: we will not accept exchanges on items that are custom made or intimate.
